This page explains the key terms of our residential accommodation services for customers in Japan.
1) Service overview (residential rental / short-term furnished units / hot-desking)
- We offer short-term stays in furnished residential units and may offer workspace (“hot-desking”) options depending on the listing.
- Any specific unit, desk space, furniture, and facilities are described on the relevant booking page for your selected plan.
2) Booking basics
- Stay length: Your selected dates define the contracted period (check-in/out times are shown on the listing).
- Included items: Furnishings, utilities, Wi‑Fi, linens, and amenities are shown per listing/plan.
- Fees & utilities handling: Any cleaning fees, service fees, deposits, and whether utilities (e.g., electricity/water) are included are shown in the total price and/or the plan details.
- Renewal / extension: Extensions are subject to availability. Any extension request and resulting price will be confirmed before the new period begins.
- Cancellation / termination: The applicable cancellation terms are provided during booking and in the listing/plan details.
3) Consumer-protection disclosure for covered online advertising/transactions
For Internet-based advertising covered by Japan’s specified commercial transactions framework, the business operator information below is provided so you can identify who is responsible for the contract.

4) Privacy & identifiers (APPI)
If we use cookies or other terminal identifiers in a way that relates to personal information or “personal-related information,” we handle such information in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and our privacy notice.
- Purpose of processing: e.g., providing and improving services, customer support, fraud prevention, and analytics (as described in our privacy notice).
- Categories of data: identifiers and information collected via your use of the service and relevant booking actions.
